REGENCY MANAGEMENTGROUP, LLC. was founded in 2007 by two industry leaders, who have successfully operated two community management firms for the past few decades. Elaine Warga-Murray, CMCA, AMC, PCAM, CPO and Glen A. Masullo, CMCA, PCAM bring a combined experience of more that 50 years!  The merger promises to enhance services for current clients and offer unprecedented community management features, including free web sites for associations, and no cost online payment options.

The company provides residential property management services to approximately 18,000 residential units, located in more than 100 different residential communities, along with 300,000 square feet of office space throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Together the partners bring 50 years of procedures, proven systems and years of expertise. The staffing of certified, experience managers and accountants are available in three (3) locations through New Jersey and one location in Pennsylvania.

Additionally THE REGENCY MANAGEMENT GROUP provides consulting services, including preparation of initial budgets and proforma operational guidelines for developers of community association properties; and management audits for community associations and self managed communities..

Ms. Warga-Murray also founded RMG, INC., the nation's premier Property Management Franchise System. This venture acknowledges the proprietary nature of Property Management. The systems that RMG, INC. developed have been put through rigorous testing and have proven to be successful in maintaining the highest levels of property management service, while containing costs.

Regency Management Group also provides technology to self managed communities for collections, work tickets, and electronic services.
